Send a survey enquiry
Every enquiry goes through one form so nothing is missed: your details, the property address, the damp, mould or condensation problem, the areas affected, any vulnerability or urgency, the service you need and your preferred survey date and time. You receive a unique reference number when you submit it.
- The survey is charged at £245, confirmed in writing before any visit.
- Appointments are requested, not confirmed — we contact you to agree the visit.
- Remedial works are only quoted once the survey has identified the cause.
No payment is taken online. Limelight Services Ltd is a private company and is not funded by, or acting for, any council, housing association or government body unless appointed directly.

Vulnerable occupants
If there is a health concern in the household — a respiratory condition, a young child, an elderly resident — say so in your message. It changes how we prioritise the visit.
